Clayton was a value add opportunity. It involved the purchase, and rezoning, of an older style industrial property in the Clayton Activity Centre’s growth corridor which includes Monash University and Monash Medical Centre.

A development masterplan was created to have the property reclassified from industrial to residential while investors were able to still benefit from annuity returns.

The property was sold within two years of the original purchase.
